Over time I have added new techniques and modalities as I have gained knowledge, training and experience. After more than 10 years in my practice, a massage with me may have pieces of a number of different modalities woven seamlessly together to give you the most beneficial massage therapy for you.
Your session with me is your own, and we will work together to design sessions that meet your needs and address any specific need you may have at that time. Sometimes you may need focused attention to problem areas. Some days, you may just want to relax and drift away. Your need is my intention.
